Portland Museum of Art

The Portland Museum of Art is Maine’s largest art museum, offering something for everyone in the family. With a wide-ranging collection from classic to contemporary, the museum is known for its incredible accessibility, offering free admission to everyone 21 and under. It’s a wonderful place to introduce kids to art and culture in a vibrant city setting.

Admission is FREE to all every Friday from 4-8 p.m.

Parking

There are paid parking garages located a few blocks away on High, Free, and Spring streets.

Spring Street garage is located at 45 Spring Street ($3 per hour).

The Holiday Inn By the Bay parking lot is located at 40 Spring Street ($2.75 per hour).

City street parking is $2 per hour and FREE after 6 p.m. and all-day Sunday.
